Service Description
A private, confidential, 1 on 1 session where you will be guided through various methods of self healing primarily through the use of : - Breathwork - Guided meditation - Yoga poses suited to your unique physical, emotional and/or mental disposition & needs - Journaling - Reiki - Massage or another form of natural self-healing therapy deemed appropriate for your specific case. Suitable and customizable for all types of Trauma Healing to include but not limited to : *Physical abuse *Emotional abuse *Mental abuse *Sexual abuse *Self abuse / self harm *Childhood trauma healing *Gun violence *Ancestral trauma healing. Please book a free consultation so we can determine the best healing course for your individual circumstance.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do the courtesy of contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Deposit is non-refundable if schedule appointment canceled by client within (less than) the allowed 24 hours advance cancellation timeframe. In the case of a late cancellation, a cancellation fee in the amount equal to 50% of the cost of the service booked will be charged minus the deposit amount. This allows us to pay the therapist for their time and/or have the opportunity to schedule another client for that appointment time slot. Thank you
